Design and calculations, tanks, piping, pumping, temperature control, CIP cleaning, nitrogen blanketing, stairs and walkways. 99% of the plant comes out of our own factory, and we hand it over turnkey.
The pump carries the product up to the top and lets it run down the wall, never cascading (the tank can also be filled from the bottom); the nitrogen leaves through the vent.

Nitrogen generator and dedicated lines: contact between the product and oxygen is kept to a minimum, during filling and emptying.
Safe access
Designed in 3D for each plant and built to EN 1090.

Turnkey plants
How are the tanks cleaned?
Each tank has a removable spray ball under the top that cleans all the walls. A CIP tank heats water and caustic soda and sends them to the spray ball; the water returns to the CIP tank through the tank outlet, in a closed loop. There is also a mobile version on wheels, connected to one tank at a time.
Can I buy just the piping or just the walkways?
No. We build piping, pumping, stairs and walkways only as part of our own plants, so every part connects to the rest without modifications.
Who handles the work on site?
Our own in-house teams, with no subcontractors, together with the technician who handled the project.
Do you also work abroad?
Yes, we have customers all over the world: France, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Malta, Romania, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, the United States, the Caribbean and Argentina, as well as Italy.
