Built for
your olives.
We design and build olive receiving machines, adapted to the olives you receive and the way your mill works. They are stand-alone machines that fit into the line you already have.
Our machines
Each one can be bought on its own or together with the others, sized for the same throughput.
Leaf and twig remover DRF
Double basket and fan: it separates leaves and twigs from the olives before washing, and an auger carries the waste out of the machine.
The leaf remover →Olive washer LVT
Air and water bubbling, with stones discharged by tipping the tank. Outfeed on a perforated cleated belt (Special) or a vibrating screen (Klassik).
The washer →Conveyor belts
400 or 500 mm cleated PVC belt, up to 10 t/h (10,000 kg/h), fully enclosed with stainless steel side walls.
The conveyor belts →Where our machines work
Tap a stage to see what we do. Crushing and extraction stay as they are in your mill.

Frequently asked questions
Olive mill machines
Can your machines be fitted into an existing olive mill?
Yes. They are stand-alone machines and connect to the line you already have. We check the footprint and connections with you.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because the final price depends on how the machine fits into your mill: options, connecting conveyors, layout adaptations, transport, installation and commissioning vary from one customer to the next. So we prepare a complete quotation for you and, if you want to assess a single option, we give you its price separately.
Equipping an olive mill?
To prepare a quotation we need to know how many tonnes of olives you process per hour and how much space you have in the receiving area.
