From the tank
to the turnkey plant

Along with the tanks, we design and build everything that makes them work. 99% of the plant comes out of our factory, and we install it ourselves.

Turnkey plants
  • 3D design and FEM analysis
  • Tanks built in our workshop and on site
  • Piping and pumping stations
  • Temperature control with chillers
  • Closed-loop CIP cleaning
  • Nitrogen blanketing
  • EN 1090 stairs and walkways

Finishes

Inside and out, as you need it

Five finishes, chosen separately for the inside and the outside of the tank.

AISI 304L stainless steel with 2B finish

304L 2B

Standard mill finish, smooth and matt.

AISI 304L stainless steel with Scotch-Brite finish

304L Scotch-Brite

Brushed with abrasive cloth: an even, fine satin look.

AISI 304L stainless steel with satin finish

304L Satin

Regular, even parallel lines.

AISI 304L stainless steel with Fioretto (swirl) finish

304L Fioretto

A pattern of overlapping circles, for a distinctive look.

AISI 304L stainless steel with mirror-polished finish

304L Mirror-polished

A mirror look, with a smoother surface that is easier to clean.

How a tank is made

From the site survey to delivery, everything goes through our factory and our own teams.

  1. 01

    Site survey and requirements

Product, volumes, space and the way you work.

  2. 02

    3D design and FEM analysis

The tank modelled in 3D; FEM studies and simulations for special cases and for the seismic design calculation.

  3. 03

    Approval drawing

You approve it before the first sheet is cut.

  4. 04

Laser cutting of tops and bottoms

    In our own factory.

  5. 05

    Shell rings from coil

Cut from coil, with a single vertical weld per ring.

  6. 06

    Welding

Assembly and welding of the bottom, shell rings and top.

  7. 07

    Finishing and pickling

The welds are brushed and pickled, which restores the passive layer that protects the stainless steel.

  8. 08

    Delivery or installation

Delivery on our own trucks, or installation on site by our own teams.

Bottoms, tops and tank types

The options we build most often. Each one adapts to your product and your space.

Workshop-built · mix and match

Bottoms and tops, the way you need them

Bottom
Top

Usually: a sloped flat bottom with a centred top, a conical bottom with an offset top. But you can combine them as you need.

Workshop

Two-compartment tank

Conical top and bottom with an intermediate bottom: two separate compartments in one tank.

Workshop

Floating lid

Small tanks with a lid that rises and falls with the product level.

Workshop

On a pallet base

Small tanks on a pallet base: you move them with a forklift.

Workshop

Stackable

Small tanks with a frame: they stack on top of each other and save floor space.

On site

Frequently asked questions

Stainless steel tanks

Which steel do you use?

AISI 304L and 316L stainless steel. We can also make just the top shell ring and the roof in 316L, with the rest of the tank in 304L.

What capacities do you build?

In our workshop, from 1,000 litres up to the largest size that can travel by road. Beyond that, we build directly on site: so far, up to 15 m in diameter and 20 m high.

What are your delivery times?

We work to order: production and installation times are planned together with you while we prepare the quotation.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Because we work to order and the price depends on your project: dimensions, steel, finishes and accessories. The price of stainless steel also follows the raw materials market and changes all the time. The quotation lists everything that is included; if you want to evaluate a single optional extra, we give you its price separately.
